Tax Semi Senior/Senior
Responsibilities

  • Provision of a Self Assessment compliance service to include all aspects of Personal Tax compliance, including Partnerships, Sole Traders and Trust & Estate work and Non Resident Landlord Schemes
  • Employee benefits compliance including preparation of Forms P11D, PAYE coding Notices, business expenses claims and end of year returns.
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme including the preparation of monthly returns
  • Extensive Knowledge of most Personal Tax and Capital Gains Tax matters
  • Demonstrable IT competency including extensive experience of Tax software programs, word, excel and other windows based systems
  • Dealing with VAT, PAYE and NIC matters
  • Preferred working knowledge of corporation tax compliance including preparation of CT600s and supporting computations
  • The ability to liaise effectively and professionally with clients and officers of HM Revenue & Customs
  • Assisting Tax Managers and partners, where required, with specific consultancy projects and HMRC enquiries

About you

  • Able to keep within budgets on client work
  • Qualified to ATT standard, or equivalent by experience
  • Experience of the above

Salary

  • Between £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
